I'd bet it's mostly bots, farming info or whatever. There are also thousands of registered "members" who have never posted.

colored led strip lights for IBA

I had considered something like a driving light bar like that, but between the cost of the fixture and shorter life it doesn't really work out. A color changing light bar might make the difference though.

    Help Identifying these Values

Those other Coleman stands most likely have Dema 453p valves. The 412p are only rated to 150 MOPD. I've used the GC on several washes and have had no problems with them. I think the GC valves you have now are only rated to 250 PSI.

    Help Identifying these Values

I have replaced a lot of those because the seats on the puppets go bad. The economy version is to go with Kip 3/32 orifice solenoids which are 1/8" NPT and rated 250 operating pressure. This conversion costs less than replacing the GC poppets. Since the orifice is the smallest restriction...

    flo jet pump wont stop

It's very obviouslyy leaking past one of the solenoids because the pump is pumping normally and there is pressure on the gauge. His previous issue hasn't been resolved so he isn't seeing soap coming out in a bay, it's just moving clear water.

    flo jet pump wont stop

I watched your movie. It's not running fast. It's not just blowing air out the exhaust. It's running properly and pumping fluid. It's most likely coming out in one of your bays. I can't help you because you can't communicate the problem and you disagree with offered solutions...

Why pump doesn’t pumping the water?

Easiest solution IMO would be to add a foot valve to the end of the pickup if there isn't one already, tee in fresh water supply to inlet of pump, turn on water to fill pipe and prime pump, then turn on primed pump and shut off water. It doesn't matter what kind of foot valve or check valve you...

    Triple foam dryer

I found a video of a car wash with blower nozzles for motorcycles. The Youtuber really liked it. I've had a few people ask for the same thing to blow water out of their mirrors and crevices.

    flo jet pump wont stop

If a new Flojet is blowing air out the exhaust, it's bad. If it's running fast and not moving product, it's bad, or it's plumbed backwards, or it's not getting fluid.

    Timed output light

The lights are just burned out and aren't any part of your issue. It sounds like you have multiple problems.

So despite all the advice in this thread you're going to do it anyway?

My real competition are friends. I do test out other washes, sometimes read the online reviews of the worst ones.

Swapping out 10hp for 15hp blower motors

You'd need bigger everything, impellers, housings, etc. otherwise like I.B. said you'll just add 5 HP that you won't be using. If motor horsepower was the issue, you'd be tripping breakers now.

    Compressor CFM per bay

It's much more of an issue to get a good continuous-duty rated compressor. An 8-bay SS will run off a $200 Harbor Freight unit. IMO the bigger the tank, the better, Some of the better compressors use an undersize pulley on the motor or a 1750 RPM motor instead of a 3500 RPM.
