    Cryptopay randomly turning off.

Try disconnecting the gray wires. There should be no interaction with the coin circuit of the timer if you're running count up. The swiper would have to be bad to send a coin pulse to the timer, which it can only do through the gray wires, which (assuming it's wired correctly) would mean it's...

Help Selecting New Self Serve Equipment

Just equipment in the room, all the popular functions, new RO system, between $15,000 and $25,000 per bay. I've been talking to a guy who just bought a wash with a Coleman Super Saver pump stand. He wants to replace it. I'm thinking about talking into just replacing all the solenoids and...

    Help with Medco lock.

It's physically stuck somehow. Just force it out.

    Cryptopay randomly turning off.

Do you have the gray wires hooked up?

    Cleaning Cryptopay reader idea.

I use a damp cloth with a thin edge and pull it through the reader.

    New control cabinet question

NEMA type 1 doesn't even have a seal, but you could probably add a gasket and make it mostly moisture- and dust-proof. I don't think you need a fan. I like to keep all electrical boxes closed up tight. The normal humidity in an equipment room is enough to cause things to rust. I would use...

    Nayax Count Up Wiring

The Cryptopay hooks up like a Sensortron coin acceptor except for one of the red/green wires. https://www.dixmor.com/TIMER%20PDF/LED6%20INSTR.pdf

    MEI Bill Validator

Try cleaning them with a dampened cloth towel. Pull out the lower sensor assembly and clean the windows and rollers. These are optical readers, and as mentioned the cleaning cards do nothing. I have the same bill acceptors in my changer and they're 99% or better at accepting bills. Check...

    Kondor KL2 Gearbox Replacement

The gearbox will be proprietary and must be purchased from Belanger or a rep with them. Call Belanger, they may sell direct to you (probably not) and they'll give you names of companies who you can deal with direct.

    Laser 4000 I/O Modules

The wires all come off together with two screws on each bank, and the module comes off the track by lifting a small catch on the bottom.

Price to convert a SS bay to a Automatic?

It could easily get above $300k if you go with new equipment. The main variables are whether you go with new or used equipment and what format you select. You might be able to go with a used friction unit with no dryers and stay close to $60k. A new touchless with dryers could require...

Foam Brush Chemical Consumption (To High!!!)

I don't believe the higher pressure would make it draw too much soap. The Hydrominder has an operating pressure range. If it's too low, it won't draw enough soap. If it's too high, the valve won't open. I have no idea what else to look for. Is it a color soap that would have left a stain on...

    Clear Foam Brush Sleeve

Replace with a regular hose guard. I order hoses with these on them. They last pretty well, certainly longer than the clear PVC hose. Kleen-Rite sent me the ones with the clear guard by mistake, and I had the same issue. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-2770-3-8-black-pvc-hose-guard.aspx

Foam Brush Chemical Consumption (To High!!!)

I'm sure that weak water pressure would cause you to use less soap. Are you still running a Procon? Is it possible an employee stole the soap? I've seen it happen.

Which Security camera system do you use?

One of the washes I look after has a Reolink NVR. Most of the cameras have stopped sending a signal because the connection at the camera has gotten wet, but the ones that do work have an amazing image. All of them can read plates easily. The system is fairly easy to set up and use.

    Gotta love the pollen

That happens here more often than not. I swear the pollen seeds the clouds and makes it rain. At least we we had a massive dust storm a couple weeks ago and the last two weeks have been super busy.

    regulator selection and setup.

Brass. I've never had an issue. Stainless has to be tightened way super tight to make it seal.

Foam Brush Chemical Consumption (To High!!!)

The product pressure is way too high, but that doesn't explain the sudden increase in usage. I usually set Coleman systems up at about 30 on the liquid and 20-25 on the air if it has the original foamers. Too much pressure will blow the foamer material out of the foamer. Have you checked to...

    Nayax Count Up Wiring

The LED7 harness has the white w/black stripe for CC count-up. The LED3 harness has a wire that loops out from terminal 8 and back in to terminal 9. If it's now working count-up, you have a LED7 timer in a LED3 case. https://www.dixmor.com/products/LED3/led3a.htm...
