My business partner bought a wash that was redone like that. He originally used Dosatrons but they kept failing, then he started replacing them with the Dema version. There's definitely an inconsistency because of water pressure, and now all the Dema Mix-Rites are failing. I don't know why he...
You can print a report from the Goldline menu. It's very detailed, and if you have employees it's not a bad idea to compare the wash counts from the E300 against the actual sales from the Goldline report.
You could keep the D.A.N. for reporting cash sales, but I doubt there's any way to keep track of CC sales through it once you've moved to Cryptopay for processing. FWIW the D.A.N. will eventually fail, and I assume you wouldn't want to pay $4,000-ish to replace it just to track wash counts...
The Cryptopay retrofit will eliminate the D.A.N. Cryptopay has an analytics system, I don't know how much detail you will get from the D.A.N. retrofit, but the SS part is very detailed.
You don't need anything so heavy on your pump inlets. I use flare barbs and flare-to-MPT on plain 1/2" polybraid hose for the supply from the tank, I don't even put hose clamps on them because there's no pressure. If there is pressure like on the line from the rinse solenoid, I use push-lock...
The GT200 "Giga Timer" can be switched between a standard timer and a multifunction timer. It programs with the RC800 programmer, which I assume is the older style one?
Nothing DeWalt sells is fully manufactured in the USA. DeWalt tools with that label are only assembled in USA with parts made in Brazil, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Czech Republic, Mexico, China, and few to none actually made here.
IMO the best way to do it would be to make it as easy as possible to clean the bay(s). I know some guys in rural areas who built their pits big enough that they can bring in a backhoe and just scoop them out. Of course you still have the mud to get rid of. You might want an extra high...
You may or may not make more money, that part will depend more on pricing. Evidently the goal is to make consistent money as mentioned. An example would by gyms. If they thought they could make more money by charging a per-hour or per-visit fee, why do almost all of them do a monthly...
Cog style V-belts last longer. I used to always order Browning from Grainger/Zoro, which are great because you can tighten the living crap out of them when you install them and they barely stretch. I bought a bunch of Gates from VBeltSupply.com at half the price, but you have to go back after...
I'm assuming these sensors are wireless, so the alarm won't go off until the door is completely open. I've been planning to add switches and shock sensors to mine, which I will do wired.
What exactly is the SAV-F? I can't find the unit itself on Fragramatics' site, but I assume it's a multifunction unit. The LED-7 may work, but you'll lose the ability to set separate times for the different functions. The LED-6S will not directly replace the IDX LTT because it needs momentary...
I try not to use bushings or any other adaptor if I can help it to reduce cost and the risk of a leak.
I've only had problems with brass bushings deforming when I try to remove one without a fitting inside it.
I've been told by Cryptopay that it's compliant because it encrypts the card info when it goes out, and the system doesn't retain any of that info. Evidently that's not entirely accurate because if it can't send the pre-auth out it retains the card info until it can communicate.
I'm surprised they didn't just pry the door open. Cam locks are a joke for security. A lock bar across the top would have slowed them down, but these a-holes can do an unbelievable amount of damage trying to pry things open. I just had to replace two meter doors after someone tried to pry the...
