Red, when ever I have any problems around the wash, I take a couple good pics from the video and post around the wash with a reward offered for that persons identity. I have all the information I need within a week.

Ditto! I have always posted pics of morons doing stupid stuff all over the wash. Customers see these and realize that all their actions, good or bad, are on video.

Pat, did you try another IDX acceptor? It drives me crazy when things don't work like they are supposed to. My bet would be on the timer.

I'm not that familiar with the Ginsan GS-7 timer, but is it possible that the MA-800 is sending 1 pulse per quarter, but the timer is counting it as 4?

John, have you tried unhooking the coin signal wire from your coin acceptor? I had an issue like that a while back, and if memory serves me right, the coin mech was sending a continuous signal to the DX2000 timer. If it is easier, unhook it on the wiring harness in the timer, which would be #5...

Yes, I do. I'm assuming since you say that it stops at the back right side of the vehicle, that your applying spot free through the wand? When the wand gets to this position, does it rotate like it is going to travel down the passenger side of vehicle before it stops?
