Cat 310 not making full pressure

Piston seals, pretty easy fix but you need to be very careful getting the old ones out so you don't mar the metal piston. When you reinstall the plungers you need to replace the copper washer on the bolt, and it's a good idea to replace the o-ring on the bolt.

    Rookie Needing Help

IMO this confirms it's not the air, it's the strength of the presoak, otherwise it wouldn't have sprayed properly with undiluted triple foam. Also some of the nozzles in your picture look like they're partially clogged. You said above that there seems to be a restriction inside the arm, it may...

    Rookie Needing Help

It's probably not the air. You can confirm this by turning the air down until you have only liquid, then slowly increase the air until you either get even spray or those same nozzles stop. It's more likely to be too little presoak, or your presoak isn't foamy enough to stay that way through...

Over Voltage Coming into Our Razor

This is correct. Most of these machines call for 208V. You might ask the city to add a third transformer to correct it.

    Bill sorter/counter

I have seriously considered buying a Cummins sorter/counter, but at around $2500 it's a hard thing to spring for. There's a distributor that will come by and clean/service the unit for a fee, probably $300 a year. I'm also considering a Ribao BCS-150 which is less than half the price, but a...

Bird is relentless building nest in Laurel vendor

The only problem with that gel is that it's messy and they have to land on it for it to work. Can you not just cut a piece of the hardware cloth and set it on top of the magazines so the bird can't fly up inside?

    Cat 310s or Cat310?

You're talking $70 difference. Why not go with the one that will never wash out since you're buying a pump anyway? You'll pay something like $250 plus shipping both ways to get one sleeved.

Bird is relentless building nest in Laurel vendor

I meant cutting a piece or pieces to close off the path to where they're nesting.

I use 1/2" hardware cloth and cut a piece to keep them out.

Building huge truckwash with Lube bay .

Short answer, I wouldn't recommend reclaim. See if you can supplement the city water with a well. What's your annual rainfall, and can you collect it for use? The city usually charges for wastewater based on municipal water usage. Your water bill probably won't be too crazy expensive, unless...

First time investor looking to get into the business is this wash a good investment?(pics in post)

You might be right. One of the IBAs has a couple large areas where the tile has come off. That could indicate major settling of the slab and shifting walls.
