    Soap Jelling like mucus...

There is a possibility that one of your wax solenoids is slowly leaking internally, allowing wax to flow back up the soap line from the pump and mix with the soap. This occurs when the pump is idle for several hours...like overnight for example...especially if the liquid levels in the soap and...

Hoping for help troubleshooting a Jim Coleman self serve tri foam conditioner unit.

    Need help with water problem

As water flows through the resin in a funnel shape...sort of like a tornado. The middle depletes faster than the sides. Low flow rates increase the depletion sooner than higher rates. Many modern electronic controllers provide a maximum days between regen setting to prevent breakthrough or...

    Need help with water problem

24”x72” mineral tanks ... 10.6 cu ft of resin each ... 318,000 grain capacity each. Those are huge softeners for a self serve wash. With 15% reserve capacity, 10 gpg hardness and minimum salting, each tank can treat over 26,000 gallons. Unless the wash uses 2,000 gpd, I’d be concerned about...

    Water hardness

In addition to OurTown’s comment: If your raw water is 3-5 grains per gallon, you should consider installing a softener. You‘ll improve the wash quality and reduce soap consumption. If you have a softener, you need to fix it. A properly operating softener should provide 0 grain hardness water...

The water supply to the pumps. Mark VII used 3/4" hose to feed the pumps. That size provides more than enough water...preventing soap and wax suction. Every Mark VII system I've ever worked on required throttling the water supply with the ball valves... That is, until I replumbed the pump...
